notice given toS.K.Enterprise & Micromax mobile

Asper compliner Jignesh s. suthar's complain aganist s.k enterprise & Micromax mobile..our N.G.O sent demand notice to both the parites, coz of defective mobile handset , the copmplainer first given complian against above matterto the dealer & manifuctring co, they given issurance that they can change tthe piece or pay him back Rs.4200/- which complainer paid at the time of purchase of that mobile handet,,but after that they didnt solve the problem...& at last complianer jignesh suthar given that complain to us..& our organisation sent notice to both the parties..manuficturer & dealer of handset...
