It is a non profit, non political & non government registered consumer organization. our this organization has been working since last 5 years for the protection of rights & interest of exploited consumers & to spread awareness & educate the consumers at large about their rights, interest & duties within the admit of constitution of India. Its activities are to resolve complaints of consumer by representation. Negotiations & if necessary by taking legal measures to afford justice to the consumers by providing them legal services.

notice given to Satkar Electronics & Whirlpool

The complainer Akshaybahai parmar, Res of kosmba, Dist.surat, given one complain aganist Satkar Electronics & whirlpol...the compliner purchsed onr fridge, manufictured by whirlpool, sold by satkar electonics @ Rs.12500/-.... both the parties given 5 yrs warranty of compressor...after that the service station employed charge Rs.1250/-, when they came & repair the compressor,again after reparing within a short period of time complainer face the same problem in his fridge..he again given complain...& in the warranty prriod..they asked Rs.3500/ more for reparing of compressor...the complainer argued & requested head of the service station &dealer lots of time...but they were not ready to solve the problem...without charging Rs.3500/-...so at last the complain comes to our organisation..& our n.g.o sent them notice to solve the problem...otherwise we shill go to consumer court.surat for file the complain aganist both of u ...company, service station & dealer of Whirlpool
