notice to path lab

complainer Deepak Mistry,Res, of Manjalpur vadodara, given one complain aganist shakti pathological laboratory, nr makurpura depot vadodara..that his wife sudhaben mistry was admited in one hospitl coz of pilles opreation..before opreation the doctor sent a blood sample for cheack diebites ..the above lab doctors given report that tthe patient is suffering from heavy diebites....more then double from normal range...The patients husband came in doubt for that report , very next day she send sample to kalyan path Lab, & Dr. Toprani'S Lab, from above both the labs given normal reports...coz of shakti path lab report..the patiene suffer 3 days harressment...so patients husband given complain aganist shakti lab for deficancy of services..our organisation sent them demand notice...after that the Doctors of path lab came to patient..& at last they paid harressment charges which patient suffer, coz of path lab's wrong report..& matter gone for compromise
