notice given to Mahesh super store & parle bisuits pvt.ltd

complainer Neelaben R. Salgavankar. Res of Munjmauda,vadodara, given one complian aganist Mahesh super store & parle biscuits, the complainer purchsed a food items from mahesh store..on that she purchesed one pkt of milk shakti biscuit paket of 150grms..@ 9.50 paisa..whenshe opened that biscuit packed pkt.for consume...she came to know that in one pieace of biscuit there is one black thread inside the biscuit..coz of manuficturing...she runaway in the store..& show the peaice of biscit...but mahesh super store propritorsaid that its mistake of pearle...he cant do anything...& he was not even ready to pay back Rs.9.50 ,which he charged from complianer for packed biscuit pkt...at last complainer filed complian in our organisation..&..our organisation sent a demand notice to Mahesh super store, vadodara,pearle biscits p.ltd mumbai, & sumo foods p.ltd, hyderabad...to solve the problem pay complainer compasation..or be ready to come in vadodara conumer court.....
