notice to Reliance comunication, Mumabi

compliner Mr.Madhav.Gadre lodged one complain agnist Reliance communication, vadodara& mumbai...asper his complain..he got one internet conection from reliance..on that time their was one scheme that consumer will get landline conection also in resonable rate or low rates...complainer paid Rs.2000/- advance for internet..&paid regularlly in time landline bills also..on 31/12/06..the co. disconect his landlane conection before given him any notice or information...complianerasked for that..at last he given request to disconect parmantally his landlane conection...after 2/3 yrs..the co. send him a bill of Rs.1485/- as a due amount of landlane bill...he show all the paid bills also in vadodara office...but they refused to solve the problem..at last he got a call from recovery agent of co...they told his wife at residant that the co.lodged a criminal cases against Mr Gadre at Jaipur court...& if u cant pay the bill amount of Rs.1485/- immediatly...they r going to issue arrest warrant..& police will aresst him...so immediatly complainer paid the bill in baroda office...which amount he was not to pay legally..but complainer is senior central Govt officer..after that he phoned lots of time at jaipur..& asked recovery agent ..that above cases withdraw by them or not..if they withdraw..ask the copy of judment given by jaipur court...but they refused to give the copy..at last compliner understood..that they just forced him to pay Rs.1485/-...now just to recover that above amount & for haressmant which he felt...he complined his complin in our organisation..so our n.g.o sent comunication co..to pay back above amount with intrest....with harresmaent charges & legal charges,.wwhich compliner expand
