ICICI Cridit card holder will get his amount Rs.28000/- back with 9% as per the order given by vadodara consumer foarm

Shri Hasmukh Jadhav,Res of Vasana Road, Vadodara given one complain last year in our consumer organisation..that becouse of some money problem he got loan amount of Rs.14000/- from ICICI crdit card for the time period of 12 months...but very next month he paid full loan amount to the bank...& credit card co send him the stetment with Rs.3.18 due balance..complainer shocked when he came to know that credit card co..withdraw almost 21000/ more from his bank a/c by misuse of Advance chques & auto debit system..after that the GUNDDAS came to his house & place of his service..& asked him more Rs.7770/-....at last he paid that amount also to that bank recovery agents...at last complainer given that complain against ICICI BANK..Credit Card Dept in our org..& our org..filled that complaint in vadodara consumer forum..after see all the dacumentry evidances..in the absent of bank authorities...the forum given the Judjgment,..that credit card co..icici done diffecancy of services with the their claint..so bank has to pay back Rs.28000/- with 9% intrested , which bank collected unofficially . more from that consumer after pay full amount of loan...bcoz of that consumer suffer mental haresment for that Rs.3000/- and for legal expances bank has to pay Rs.1500/- to consumer shri Hasmukh Jadhav within one month of this order...
