Vadodara consumer forum given order aganist partner of Shiv devlopersJitendrakumar to pay money back with intrest & Rs.7000/- for mental agony & legal

Our consumer organisation got one complain from Hansaben sisodiya, Res of Dhod,District Dhod, aganist builder Jitendrakumar T.Shah Partner of Shiv Developers, Baroda..The main complain was that smt. Hansaben paid Rs.1,11000/- for booking of one flat in "Shivanjali Flats" located at Waghodia Rd, devloping by Shiv Devlopers, in 2000-2001, but after long time builders didnt handover the passion .so Hansaben cancelled her booking & ask her paid money back in year 2004....after cancelled the booking, bulider even was not ready to pay that amount of Rs. 1,11000/- so at last that complain come to us in the year 2007..our organisation first sent demand notice to Jitendrakumar..partner of Shiv devlopers...after that bulider cant take any action..so at last our N.G.O put that complain in vadodara consumer fourm...the builder not appeared after issue notice from forum. since long time...at last the consumer court..decided this matter & given the order that oppanant has to pay Rs.1,11000/- with 9% intrest from the date of deposit till realisation..also to pay complainer Rs.5000/- for mental agony, & Rs.2000/- for legal expances ..within one month from the date of receipt of order copy ...This order given by president Shri S A.MAKHIJA,...Members smt Varshaben Desai,...& Smt. Neelamben Bhavsar dated on 30th, January,2010
