National Insurance co..& Bnak of Baroda both r liabe to pay mediclaim amount of rs RS31741/ With intrest for Defficancy of Services

In our organisation, complainer Sushilaben Rana, ..Res of Waghodia rd given one complain against National Insurance co. Baroda.& Bank of Baroda...the main complain was that she was admited in the hospital from 21/2/07 to 06/03/07 for treatment of back pain..she paid Rs.31741/00 for that treament...she hold mediclaim policy of Rs.100000/- for that period..after claim of that amount...the mediclaim co didnt given any reply uptp more then three months...after three months they asked from complainer another papers...she produced that papers also...but the co..didnt reply...not paid anyamount..or rejected that case...so our organisation filled that complain in consumer dispute redressal forum vadodara...on the trial base the oppnants became absant till last...so the foram given the order at last dated on 09/12009...directed to pay complainer Rs.31741/- with 9% intrest..and Rs. 5000/- for mental agony & legal expances...This order given byvadodara forum president..Shri P.O.Lad & Member Smt. Varsha Desai
