Its activities are to resolve complaints of consumer by representation. Negotiations & if necessary by taking legal measures to afford justice to the consumers by providing them legal services.

TATA communication filed for improper billing processes

Mr. Dinesh Lalwani, myself had taken the net service from TATA communication internet services ltd.because of very bad services i applied for disconnection of that services on dated on 21/05/2007 with payment of due amount of Rs 478 -00by cheque. After successful disconnection myself got the notice after 2 years from opponent(TATA) to pay Rs 1190-00 as a due amount dated on 5th nov 2008 and got a messages on mobile to pay bill of month of December 2008. against which i filed a complaint in District Consumer Dispute Redressal forum Vadodara. At last the consumer forum order to qussed the amount of rs 1190 and directed opponent to pay Rs 4500 for mental agony and legal expense.This order given by prisedent Shri S.A.Makhija & member Smt. Varsha Desai
