vadodara consumer forum given order HOTEL RONAK to pay campasation of RS.55000/-

Complainer Kiran Panchal given one compalin in our organisation..that at the time of going towards surat by road..she stoped her car at Hotel ronak..situted at NATIONAL HIGHWAY NO.8 Haldarwa, TAL.KARJAN & bought one Fruti pkt at the rate of Rs.25/- .she got a bill also from hotel owner...after 2/3 days she cames to know that hotel owner charged from her RS.3/- more as per print price..the organisation sent hotel owner firstly demand notice..after that filled that complain in vadodara district consumer forum...after recive the notice hotel owner not comes before the fourm ..at last dated on.16/09/08 order given by consumer forum to payRs.5000/- to consumer kiran panchal & Rs.50000/- to pay fine for GOVTS. CONSUMER WELFARE FUND.

    My self Dipak zala, i am customer of indane gas egency vadodara-makarpura, My customer No: 30211,

    before two days my wife got gas bottle through Makarpura sonapark shopping centre (Indane office)., today when botalle was empty ihad connect new one gas bottle Indane make, but gas bottle was expire date, hence i was went through Indane gas office -sonaprk shopping centre, i have polite ask them my bottle has wrtittne D 09, it is expire date bottle have you any guideline but they told me roudly it is not expire. i request them pls. change my gas bottle they said me no so pls. do need full against harrashment of Indane gas sonapark shopping centre office- and they make a excuse for my extra gas connection.they (Indane gas office)invite my wife for Extra gas connection
    on 22nd Oct'11 between 9.30 am to 11.30 am when we(me and my wife) reached their they told us Extra gas connection now stopped and open after dipawali. we alredy make a try for get extra gas connection three time but not any satisfaction from them side. i have ma call 15to 16times to indane sutomer care office surat-0261-2244582 but no body recived that call. pls. do need full other wise i make a complaint against them by police station pls. do need full to me

  3. Dear Sir
    I have purchased a FLY E140 mobile. After 2-3 months the touch screen stopped working for which I submitted the instrument at the service center at VN Info,sayajijung. After 25-30 days they installed a new touch screen.

    After 1 month, the touch screen and the motion sensor stopped working and again I submitted the phone to the service center. Since February they are not able to solve the problem and yesterday they informed that it will take more 25 days.

    Please guide me how can i deal in this matter and file a case in consumer court. My email id is ronak1_009@yahoo.co.in

    Today i was going to buy a buttermilk at nearest shop.. It costs 8.5rs..and shopkeeper charged me 10rs...when i asked him why r u chrging more,he insulted me in front of whole public n told me not to argue...n send me back n told that buy from another shop...
    Can shopkeep charge more money than mrp?
    What can i do now?

    I had purchased Nokia e6-00 from Mobilewalla in Baroda.
    After 6 months of purchase the mobile started facein some problem such as Audio jack and Network Problem.I wen to the specified Nokia Care Center in Akota.They repaired the phone bu t the problem still persists.Then again I went to Nokia Care this time they sent it to Company Nokia and my mobile was not with me for 1 month in ALL but the problem is still there.
    The Nokia Care Center didnt even provide me Replacement Cell.

  6. Dear Sir/Madam,

    My father late Dayal Singh Bist has taken a morgage loan of Rs 6 Lacs from HDFC Bank in December 2004 (loan account no is 1051916) against our property in Baroda, where we are living currently. In October 2006 he has was offered personal loan (Loan account no 2783396) of Rs. 45000 from same Bank and he accepted it as he was in travel business and regularly in need of working capital, the EMI of both the loan was paid regularly. In September 2007 he passed away due to cancer thereafter we was in financial difficulties and our family business was also shattered. The recovery persons have started follow up but some how we have managed to pay the morgage loan and the same people has suggested that as the person who has taken loan is no more in case of personal loan you can submit the death certificate and an application to waive off the loan. The morgage loan was against property, so if we stop paying the emi our property will be seazed.
    So we continue to pay morgage loan and submitted the document in place of personal loan in 2008. Thereafter the recovery people stop coming and now in December 2011 we have paid our final EMI of morgage loan. There was also some cheque bounce and late payment charges of same loan which I have also settled in July 2012 and have done the closure and approach the bank to return us our house documents. I was surprised that bank people are now saying that your father was having another personal loan which you have to pay with other charges then we will return u your house document.

    In 2008 we have submitted the death certificate of my father death certificate and since then they have not approached us for recovery or any communication of personal loan but after 4 years they are telling this which is not fair on Bank part. As per my understanding both the matters are different which they have mixed and during these 4 years they have never told us anything about this which mean they have cheated us. If they could have told us we could have manage to pay the other emi also but on bank part it seems total unfair to customer.

    Therefore I request you to help us in getting our original house documents. If you need any further details do let me know.

    This is Mrs.Premlata J Thakkar, i have purched a Roti maker from naaptol on 24.01.2013 for Rs.2398.00 and the said roti maker was not working and i informd to coustomer care that roti is not preparing and its breaking and they told me to return it back to delthi and i have send it to delhi on 05.02.2013 and i have also send then a covering letter either send a good one or replace to me by other product, but they have never called me up always i used to call then finaly when i spoke to them in hard they told me that refund is in process and you will get full payment back and again on 20.03.2013 i call thenm and tol that i will go to consumer court and then and on 28.03.2013 i have received on Rs.1199.00 against 2398.00 and again i mail then and told them to refund my balalnce amnt along with my phone call but i got a mail from them that 2 missing product are with me that is Atta Maker + Hotpot the cost is hardly around Rs.300 and i have mailed various mail to their Jignesh Gangapuram Manager - Customer Service
    who has mailed me to retun back the missing product, i have mailed him that the missing prduct is of no use you just reply me the amount you are refunding me the balance i will return u back the missing product but that is no response from Naaptol., so please guide me what to do and help me to get my balance amount as its of hard working money

  8. I am airtel postpaid user i have problem related to my bill amount. detail given below.Till 19/09/13 my current usage was only 28 rupee. and
    suddenly it reaches at 2999.0 rupee. as show in msg on 22/09/13. msg was your current usage is till 20/09/13 is2999.9.
    so, pls give me clarification.
    And as per my bill plan 2GB data in 90 rupees per month.
    when i checked by msg "DATA USE" it show 1664 mb usage out of 2048 MB till 22/09/2013 .on 23/09/13
    now my internet plan is blocked by airtel. msg sent by them you have to pay 3070 rupee. to continue your internet plan.
    Customer care not give any positive reply how it will occured. & transfer to call superior but they not receiving call put it on hold and then cut.
    so pls give me any clarification.

    My name is ISHTIYAQ MISARWALA.
    I buy XOLO Q700 phone but its screen gona damaged on 27th august after that I will submit my phone for repairing purpose in xolo service station located at alkapuri on dated 16-09-2013. but from that day they were saying that it will take 10 to 15 days for repairing of phone. I cant understand why they are mentally arresing me for that.
    Also for that i was done complain in xolo customer care but they are also not responding. They told me that they give me mail for the cost of touch pad after payment of that amount they start to repairing of my phone but after lots of followup till date i am not getting mail for that in that case what i can do.
    My complain no in XOLO care is 310000098631 & IMEI no of my phone is 911310450097465.

    I was purchased Samsung Galaxy S duos mobile on 20 July 2013 from Lucknow. I was transferred to Vadodara in August 2013 but invoice left at Lucknow &amp set was hanged but your service center rejects to repair/replace the set. Due to center was not interconnected. When I go to Lucknow in Nov 2013 then set was repaired at Lucknow, set is still not working properly &amp battery was dead.
    I was surprised; set was used less than 3 months. It means totally set is production defective, please arrange to exchange my mobile set or refund the fund at the earliest.
    2. I have written to the company but company was replied stereo type response not to compensate.
    Therefore I request you to intervene in the matter and provide justice to me.

Sir i have purchased a Alcatel One touch flash phone from Flipkart on 13/03/2015. there was some problem in touch. i gave that phone for repairing on 17/07/2015. today its 26/09/2015 more than 2 months and i have still not recd the phone. first when i gave them the phone for touch sensor problem, they returned me the repaired phone on 31/08/2015 when i came home and checked the phone, 3 buttons on main screen and numeric 1 key was not working. next day 01/09/2015 i returned them the phone they said i will take another one month for the phone to repair. till date phone is not recd by me. what should i do.? can you please guide.?

    My complaint is against GTPL Hathway Pvt. Ltd Vadodara.

    I need shifting of existing internet connection to a new building near by. GTPL gave me timeline to 10 days to work on this. Today it is 20th day and still no work done by them. I visit every week and they say your work will be done in 2 days on priority. They are not even refunding my money. They take customer for granted. Please advise on the same.

  16. I Have Eurekaforbes RO which is under AMC and recently the RO fail and TDS of water increase upto 800.I called to Customer care and local representative to repair the RO but they have refused and asked to renew the contract again which is already valid upto 29.03.2015.

    we have used the high TDS water 2 month unknowingly and now we are using packed dringking water from last 2 months.

    Kindly advice wht the action to be taken against eureka forbes for this bad services and not replacing the membrane in the period of AMC.

  17. I have purchage Hyundai i20 (GJ06HL3422) magna in July 2014. The car was already defective at that time but they told me its minor issue. I have denied to take such car but they told me if any issue they will change or fixed.
    Main Problem in car AC problem, AC is not working propelry. I have given my car to fix the issue. They have taken my car 3 days and last day they says It shall be not fixed.
    When I ask to root cause the issue even they not find out the issue.
    Now again he says that you will drive and if again same problem come they will fix.
    Now I am facing the same issue again and they have not fixed it. I already told him if not able to detect the issue then change the whole AC, but they never agree to change the issue.
    Now I am driving the car with the existing issue.
    I am requested you to Please solve my issue or help me out to fix this issue.

  19. I m Daxesh from Chokhandi. i had done operation of my mother in vins hospital. & after getting discharged from hospital they charged some extra double charges to pay. Extra charges like in ICU charges exlude (bed charges , monitor charges, oxygen charges , oxy puls charges ) they charged ICU charges + Such above Extra Charges , As per general Prectices All knows ICU means Patients Care under monitering , oxygen ) but they cherged extra same thing for nursing

  21. I am Nimish J Mehta from Harinagar,Gotri road. I am using RELIANCE NETCONNECT+ data card connection # 9374166100 since long. Recently there was a message on "reliancenetconnect" home page to upgrade to 4g services. The process of 4g upgrade was done (New SIM and New Device costing Rs 2700.00). But since 25-May-2016 the existing data has practically stopped working during day time there is no signal. At night time if gets connected the speed are not more than 20-30 kbps and many times it shows connected but data transfer rate is zero. There is information about 4g and existing services is also not working. Since I have a post paid connection the RCOM has generated bill in full. Why should RCOM charge for the services not provided. I am not the only one suffering like this there are many customers suffering on this account. More over I sent mail mails to customer care, appellate authority and data card support but till date RCOM has not even acknowledge the complaint. Please help in this matter.
