ANURAG-COLLECTION HAS TO PAY RS.900/ AGAINST DIFFECTIVE PIEACE OF T-SHIRT

complainer Falgun pandya given us one complain against ANURAG-COLLECTION.sittuted at opp sursagar...the main complain was that the complainer bought one T-SHIRT, at the rate of of RS.400/- the complainer came to know same day that the T-SHIRT was diffective pics...so he complained for that to shopkeeper....but that shopkeeper didnt agree to change that one....even at the time of sale that T-shirt..he has not given any BILL also...so our organisation filled that complain on behalf of falgun pandya in vadodara cosumer forum...the forum issue notice to oppenant...but oppenant was not appear till last ...at last forum given EX-PARTY ORDER...& given order to that oppanant has to pay RS.400/ back with 9% rate of intreste also to pay legal expance of Rs.500/- within 30 days of that order..
