BANK OF BARODA HAS TO PAY FINE RS.2000/- FOR DIFFECINCY OF SERVICES

shri Mahesh Brahmbhatt given us one complain against BANK OF BARODA,NAVAYARD BRANCH,that he & his son holding joint saving A/C from last 5 years in above bank...mostly his son issue chqs for any of payments..dated on..................his son given one chq of Rs.415/- to vodafone for mobile phone bill..the above bank dishonurd that chq..given reason that their is no signature of complainers son for verification...so complainer maheshbhai given that comlain in our organisation.& filled that compain in district cosumer rederssel counsil.vadodara..after that oppentts didnt appear till last..& cosumer forum given EX-PARTY. order that oppenant(BANK OF BARODA) has to pay rs.2000/-- complainer for diffecinancy of services.
