Complainant Shri Deepak Mistry, Res of Manjalpur, Vadodara filed a complian in our organisation against Bank of Baroda,Mnjalpur Branch,...the complain was that complianat got one housing loan of Ra. 3,800,00 (three lacs eighty thousand) only from the bank, at the same time bank officer given assurance shri Deepakbhai that..if he will pay the amount before time, the bank never charge anything for that, at the same time..the bank released their Adv. in news papers..& on net sites also....after some times complainant sold that flat, before that he paid full balanced amount to bank...but at the time of cancell the hypo, & return the orginal dacuments the bank asked him Rs. 6900/- for pre.closer charges..after lots of discussion...shri Deepakbahi paid the above amount...& b'coz of bank unfair trade practice, he filed a complian in consumer court through our organisation, at last..consumer court given the order the bank of Baroda ..that the Bank has done unfair trade practice with consumer...so they have to pay back Rs. 6900/ with 12% intrest, for legal expances & mental agony Rs.1500/- within 2 months from the date of order.

IFFCO-TOKYO Genral insurance co has to pay claim amount with legal expanses
Mrs .Rekhaben Vijaykumar Shah, Res of Dabhoi, Dist- Vadodara complained in our consumer organisation against Iffco-Tokoyo General Insu. Co Ltd. coz when she become ill, & admitted in Prmukh Swami hospital for just two days, the bill of hospital & medicines of Rs.4826/- only not paid by insurance co. The insurance co reputed the claim, & say the she is mentally ill-health, so asper law the co. is not liable to pay the amount which consumer paid for treatment.
Actually complainant is Govt. servant since long &working till today. so at the time of hearing of this matter in consumer court, our organisation presdint argued that...when the main complainant is Govt. employ, how any Govt- office allow her to work in office, if she is really mentally ill-health, second thing opponents have to prove that she is really mentally ill health...but in this case opponents become failed to prove that, & consumer court ordered the Insurance co. to pay her Rs. 4826/-with 12% interest & for mental agony - legal expanses Rs.1500/- within 2 months from the date of order.

complaint file against Balaji Wafers in vadodara consumer court
Myself president of our organisation purchesed 3/4 pkts of farsan manufictured by Balaji Wafers, Rajkot from one shop suited at Vsana Rd. for own use...Myself when i reached at home and tried to open that pkts..i felt that one of samply wafers pkt is light weight, so immediatly i checked the weight of above pked paket..& came to know..in the place of 20grms wafers, the weight was 10.grms only with the packing material...so i complined about that to shopkeeper...but he refused to solve my complian..after that i send notice both the oppanant, but nobady replaid..or solve the complain...at last..our organisation lodged complain agnist seller..&..Manuficturer for short weight of wafers in the vadodara consumer court...&..the court issued a notice to apper in the court on 13th of June 2011
Pay Rs. 1000/- as legal expanses..consumer court order to Reliance communication. ltd
Mr.Mnan Mistry Res. of Manjalpur Vadodara. paid Rs.500/- only for Relaince Brodband conection..the Agent given him surety that , the conection will be strated within 3 days...but after 15/20 days no body came from Reliance communication ltd, the compliant asked the agent about the new conection...on that time agent says him that in the Manjalpur area, he is not able the give the conection. coz..their is no services of Reliance commu. ltd..no lines for Brodband..after that they didnt paid his Rs. 500/- which compliant paid for new connection...after serving the notice..the co. not taken any action...not refunded Rs.500/- which they collected from compliant..so at last our organisation filed the above complian in the vadodara consumer court...after file the complain & aftetr 5 months complaint get a chq of rs 500/- from Reliance Commu.... wei nformed about that in the court...& court orderd the co. to pay Rs. 1000/- for legal expances within one month
Reliance life insurance co. has to pay Rs.2000/- legal expanses
The vadodara consumer disputed redrssal foarm order the Reliance insurance co .Ltd to pay legal expanses due to diffecinies of their services,...The complainant lodged a complain in vadodara consumer court against Reliance insurance co....that the opponant co. sales Agents mis gudied him for sale of policy..& recived Rs.20000/- as a primum for one year...but after payment of primum, when policy issued by opponants, with policy..the terms & conditions were not same...asper Agent told him for above policy...so immediatly within 15 days..he surender the above policy with complaint of Agent, & asked his money back...after surender the policy..the co. not taken any action aganist there agent but tried to pay his amount deley...after lots of coressepondance..& after file a complain in consumer court..insurance co. paid complianats Rs.20000/- back after 4 months..atlast..when complainet declerd that matter in the court..that he had recived his money after file a complian in the court...the consumer court orderd the insurance co to pay Rs.2000/- as cost of legal expanses within one month.

consumer lost her purse in Dmart..after block of debit card Bank of India allowed to transcit
Miss priyanka N.Modi,Res of Raopura Vadaodara filled a complain against..DMart..&..Bank Of India..that on 21/10/2010 when she was gone to purchase somthing in DMart..at Makurpra,vadodara,....she lost her purse in Dmart premises..which DMerts..staff, packed that purse in one seal pack beg...somebody inside the premises..of Dmart..theift her beg..or changed the above seal pack beg...after buying nessecary things..when she came to cash counter for payments..she came to know ..that her purse..with Rs.1500/-.two keys of her vehicals, 4 bank ATM cards. Gouggles, 2 pendrives..etc..worth Rs.4050/-..she complained on the spot Authorities of DMart..also immediatly stop taransication of all the 4 cards..on phone...but Dmart staff cant help her..not even became ready to solve her problem...on the otherhand on the spot between at 6.15 pm to 6.45 pm she inform 3 banks to stop her 4 cards of tarnsication...but coz of Bank of India's defeinancy of services..sombody..withdraw Rs.5000/- cash from her A/C..and from another A/c..purchaesd somthing worth of Rs.around 5500/- between..7.45pm to 8.44pm..after block the card with cofirmation...she launched a complain about that in Makurpura police station also..but coz of Dmart..& Bank of India's negliancy she lost Rs14690/- on the other hand nobady was ready to accept their mistake...so at last that complain comes to our organisation..&..by our organisation,she filled a complian in vadodara consumer court for deficancy of services of Dmart & Bank of India....
