consumer lost her purse in Dmart..after block of debit card Bank of India allowed to transcit

Miss priyanka N.Modi,Res of Raopura Vadaodara filled a complain against..DMart..&..Bank Of India..that on 21/10/2010 when she was gone to purchase somthing in DMart..at Makurpra,vadodara,....she lost her purse in Dmart premises..which DMerts..staff, packed that purse in one seal pack beg...somebody inside the premises..of Dmart..theift her beg..or changed the above seal pack beg...after buying nessecary things..when she came to cash counter for payments..she came to know ..that her purse..with Rs.1500/-.two keys of her vehicals, 4 bank ATM cards. Gouggles, 2 pendrives..etc..worth Rs.4050/-..she complained on the spot Authorities of DMart..also immediatly stop taransication of all the 4 cards..on phone...but Dmart staff cant help her..not even became ready to solve her problem...on the otherhand on the spot between at 6.15 pm to 6.45 pm she inform 3 banks to stop her 4 cards of tarnsication...but coz of Bank of India's defeinancy of services..sombody..withdraw Rs.5000/- cash from her A/C..and from another A/c..purchaesd somthing worth of Rs.around 5500/- between..7.45pm to 8.44pm..after block the card with cofirmation...she launched a complain about that in Makurpura police station also..but coz of Dmart..& Bank of India's negliancy she lost Rs14690/- on the other hand nobady was ready to accept their mistake...so at last that complain comes to our organisation..&..by our organisation,she filled a complian in vadodara consumer court for deficancy of services of Dmart & Bank of India....
